At Stonewood we combine our resourses with a native English and Slovene speaking management team, who work in close association to bring the best results for both property management and also for construction and maintenance elements. The Stonewood management team combines many years experience in construction and engineering management in the London fit-out industry, with the energetic local Slovene multi-lingual project management to provide a unique service that ensures  accurate design briefs are taken and correct information is provided to contractors and trades alike. it also ensures that lines of communication remain open and clear to all parties, which is essential in delivering the finished product to a high standard.  Our service is a turn-key service in which we provide design drawings, structural  surveys and reports and  structural calculations, obtaining costings from our selected contractors and day to day site management of any construction projects, non-resident clients are kept aprised of progress with regular powerpoint displays with images and up to date progress reports.
